All orders placed via this website require a credit
card. Upon submitting an order, all credit card numbers are
transmitted via secure and encrypted methods. If desired, credit
card numbers can be kept on file for future purchases. For your
security, these credit card numbers are stored in secure, encrypted
databases.

Madrona Vineyards Shipping Policy
Age
Requirements
Wine may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21
years old. By placing your order, you represent to us that you are
at least 21 years old and that the person to whom delivery will be
made is at least 21 years old. When your wine is delivered, the
person receiving delivery may be required to show identification
proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. Wine will not be
delivered to a visibly intoxicated person.
We strongly recommend that our customers ship to a
business address to ensure that there is someone 21 years or older
available to sign for the order.

Additional Shipping Information
Order
Minimum — We have a minimum order quantity of 3 bottles.
Shipping
Rates — All states except Hawaii are shipped via UPS. Hawaii is
shipped via Fed-ex. Our shipping rates are based on number of
bottles ordered plus a shipping and handling charge. Please email
the winery at Orders@MadronaVineyards.com
if you have additional questions regarding shipping rates.
Shipping
Schedule — We generally will only ship Tuesdays, and
Wednesdays. This is to ensure that wine is delivered to you before
a weekend may make it more difficult for scheduling the delivery.
Please contact us if you have a special request.
Preferred
Business Address — In accordance with UPS and FedEx, and state
regulations, we can only deliver wine when an adult signature is
obtained. We strongly recommend using a business address for your
shipment, for this reason. Wine cannot be left at the delivery
address without a signature under any circumstances. Also, we
cannot, for obvious reasons, ship to a P.O. Box. If your billing
address is a P.O. Box, you must provide a street (preferably
business) address.
